Pricing questions

Costs, plainly answered

Most members spend $40–$80 on ball credit over a two to three hour session, with points clawing back roughly 15–20% of that in credit. A day pass adds $15 for guests. Dinner at the izakaya runs $25–$45 a head.

No — ball credit buys the steel balls you play with, purchased at the cage. Club credit is earned from points and pays for lounges, dining and bookings. Two separate balances, one card.

Yes — upgrades apply immediately and we credit the unused portion of your current tier. Downgrades apply from your next billing date. All handled at reception in about five minutes.

Package deals are already discounted, so tier discounts don't apply on top. The one exception is lounge add-on hours, which do take the tier discount even inside a package.

Groups of ten or more get 12% off group event packages. There's no family membership — all members must be 18+ — but two adults sharing one household can ask reception about the partner card arrangement.
